Welcome to Wyrd & Wicks. These Terms of Service govern your use of wyrdandwicks.com and
purchases made through the website. By visiting the site, placing an order, purchasing a product
or service, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms.
Throughout these Terms, “Wyrd & Wicks,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Wyrd & Wicks. “You”
refers to the customer or website visitor.
1. Products and Services
Wyrd & Wicks offers handmade candles, ritual kits and related materials, books and written
works, personalized memorial products, tarot readings, and other spiritual, decorative, and
creative goods.
Because many products are handmade, small variations in color, marbling, pattern, texture,
placement, or appearance are normal. Product photographs are intended to represent the item
accurately, but handmade products will not always be identical to the item pictured.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual
screen settings.
2. Candle Use and Safety
Candles are open-flame products and must be used responsibly.
By purchasing or using a candle from Wyrd & Wicks, you agree to follow the safety instructions
provided with the product and to use reasonable care.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts,
flammable objects, and anything that can catch fire. Burn candles only on stable, heat-resistant
surfaces and discontinue use when it is no longer safe to continue burning.
The customer is responsible for the safe use of all candle products after delivery. Wyrd & Wicks is
not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, failure to follow provided safety
instructions, unattended burning, or other use inconsistent with ordinary candle safety.
3. Spiritual and Ritual Products
Ritual kits, candles, written rituals, tarot readings, prompts, and other spiritual or metaphysical
products are offered for personal reflection, spiritual practice, inspiration, and entertainment.
No particular spiritual, emotional, financial, romantic, legal, medical, or other outcome is
promised or guaranteed.
These products and services are not substitutes for medical care, mental health treatment, legal
advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations.
4. Tarot Readings
Tarot readings are interpretive and reflect the cards, symbolism, and intuitive reading at the time
the reading is performed. They do not guarantee future events or specific outcomes.
Once a tarot reading has been completed and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
Readings may be declined or refunded before completion if I determine that I cannot
appropriately provide the requested service.
5. Personalized and Custom Products
Personalized products, including Legacy Lights and other items created using customer-provided
photographs, names, wording, dates, or other custom information, are made specifically for the
purchaser.
You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit and making sure names, dates,
wording, photographs, and other details are accurate.
By submitting photographs, artwork, text, or other materials for personalization, you represent
that you have the right or permission to use those materials for the requested product.
Because personalized items cannot ordinarily be resold, they may be subject to different
cancellation, return, or refund rules than standard merchandise. Please refer to the Wyrd & Wicks
Return and Refund Policy for details.
6. Orders and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Payment is due at the time the order is placed unless another arrangement has been expressly
agreed upon.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of
suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, inability to complete a requested
customization, or orders that violate these Terms.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected and before goods or services are
provided, any amount due back to the customer will be refunded through the appropriate
payment method.
7. Product Availability
Many Wyrd & Wicks products are handmade in small quantities. Availability may therefore
change without notice.
Seasonal, limited, one-of-a-kind, and handmade products may sell out and may not be restocked.
I reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any
time.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery information are provided during
checkout or elsewhere on the website.
Processing time and carrier transit time are not the same thing. Handmade or personalized
products may require additional production time before shipment.
While reasonable efforts will be made to ship orders within any stated processing period,
circumstances outside my control may occasionally cause delays.
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, I will handle the delay,
cancellation, or refund as required by applicable law.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by
weather, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the control
of Wyrd & Wicks.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders
Returns, cancellations, refunds, replacements, and damaged-order claims are governed by the
Wyrd & Wicks Return and Refund Policy.
Please review that policy before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be
waived under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Wyrd & Wicks name, branding, product concepts, original written
material, rituals, instructions, photographs, graphics, designs, downloadable materials, website
content, and other original creative work are owned by Wyrd & Wicks or used with permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Materials provided with products are intended for the purchaser’s personal use unless expressly
stated otherwise. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, uploaded,
or commercially exploited without permission.
Books and other published works remain subject to their applicable copyright protections.
11. Customer Reviews, Photographs, and Other Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, social media tag, or other
content directly to Wyrd & Wicks for promotional use, you confirm that the content is yours to
share.
I will not claim ownership of your original content.
Permission to publicly repost or use identifiable customer photographs, videos, testimonials, or
other submitted material may be requested when appropriate.
12. Website Information
I make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and
other website information accurate.
Occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. I reserve the right to
correct errors and update information when necessary.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, I will contact the customer
when appropriate.
13. Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment
processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other service providers.
Use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Wyrd & Wicks is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent
third-party websites or services.
14. Prohibited Use
You may not use this website or its content to:
● violate applicable law;
● infringe intellectual property rights;
● distribute malicious code or interfere with website security;
● attempt unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
● engage in fraudulent activity;
● harass, threaten, or abuse others through the website or its communication features; or
● copy or commercially exploit Wyrd & Wicks content without authorization.
I reserve the right to restrict access or cancel transactions involving fraudulent, abusive, or
unlawful activity.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an
“as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or consumer rights that cannot legally
be excluded.
No guarantee is made that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wyrd & Wicks will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, products, or services
where such liability may lawfully be limited.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excuses Wyrd & Wicks from responsibility imposed by applicable
consumer protection law.

customer’s location.
